1 General Terms

Db22 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between db22 and the user. • It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact db22 support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Db22 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being held.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register with db22, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have a valid mobile banking or payment account registered in your own name.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in the country you are playing from.
• Individuals undergoing treatment for mental health conditions or gaming addiction are not eligible to register.
• Db22 employees, officers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to create accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• To withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus wagering requirements must be met first.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions at db22 are offered subject to specific terms. To claim any bonus, you must read and comply with the full conditions of the relevant offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Newly registered players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳ 10,000.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager at least 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus offer has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on db22. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, cheating software, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Threatening other players or attempting to damage the platform's reputation.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Playing games or using an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Db22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months).
• If the player submits a self-exclusion request.
• Upon direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
